When will I receive the package?

You can check the processing time for orders containing a given product on each product page:

This is the estimated time to ship the products from our warehouse. It may be longer if the products are out of stock or if you order more units than the stated availability. The products will then be ordered from the manufacturer's warehouse.

You can check your order status in the customer panel after logging in to our website:

If you ordered without registering, we will also notify you of status changes by email.

Delivery within Poland usually takes 1–2 working days from dispatch. For other countries, the time depends on the country and the carrier; outside the European Union it may take longer due to customs clearance. The exact delivery date is set by the carrier – you can check it via the tracking link. You will see the cost of delivery abroad in the cart.
