If you have placed an order in our store and want to check the current stage of its shipping, here are a few ways to do it:
1. Track the shipment on the carrier's website
After the package is dispatched, the carrier (e.g. InPost, DPD) sends an email or SMS notification with the shipment number and a tracking link. If you do not see such a message, check the "Spam" or "Promotions" folder in your email inbox.
You can check the route of your shipment yourself on the courier company's website by entering the number in the appropriate tracking field.
2. Contact us
If you have not received a notification or have difficulty checking the shipment status, write to us at: info@skandynawskieuchwyty.pl or via the chat available on our website.
We will gladly provide you with the package number and help you track it.
3. Customer panel
If you have an account in our store, you can log in to the customer panel where you will find a special redirect for tracking the shipment. Just click on the appropriate option to quickly check the status of your package at any time.
