What should i do if my order arrived incomplete?

Complaints related to a missing product should be submitted within a maximum of 3 days of receiving the parcel from the courier, via e-mail to the following address: info@moodnook.com.

Be sure to include information on whether the package was damaged and/or sealed with a tape other than our branded tape (e.g. DPD tape).
