We are committed to our customers' complete satisfaction, so we strive to make the return process as simple and hassle-free as possible. Nevertheless, in certain situations we may not accept returned products. Below are the cases in which a return may be rejected.
1. The product is used or damaged
Products that have been used, bear signs of use, scratches, mechanical damage or any other signs that indicate that they have been used by the customer will not be accepted for return.
Please note that the returned product should be in an undamaged condition.
If the returned product has arrived damaged, please notify us immediately.
2. Lack of original packaging
In order for a return to be accepted, the product must be returned in its original, intact packaging. If the packaging is missing or damaged, the return may be rejected. If the packaging was damaged in transit, please contact us before returning the product to make arrangements.
3. The product was purchased on request
If the product has been specially ordered for a customer, on special request, and is not available in our standard offer, the return may be rejected. These types of products are considered excluded from return. This information appears on the product card.
4 The return period has expired
According to our terms and conditions, you can return products within 14 days from the date of receipt of shipment. After this deadline, we will not be able to accept the return. We recommend that you return the products as soon as possible after receiving them to avoid exceeding this period.
5. The product has been damaged in transit
If the product has been damaged in transit, we will not accept the return. We recommend that you take care when packing and returning the goods to avoid damage in transit. In this case, the customer should file a claim directly with the courier company.
