How to check product availability?
The availability of each product can be found on the page of that product just below the gray “ADD TO CART” button, below the accepted forms of payment.
We recommend that you check availability immediately before placing an order, as it may change if other customers order the same product earlier.
- What does availability on the site mean?
Note the two pieces of information “availability” and "Dispatched within".
“Availability” is the amount of products available in internal stock at the time of ordering.
“Dispatched within” indicates the estimated time it takes to complete and prepare your order for shipment.
To estimate the total delivery time of your order, you need to add the additional time of delivery of products by courier company.
The average delivery time on Polish territory is about 24-48h.
The average delivery time within the European Union is about 5 working days.
Example No. 1:
We currently have 16 pieces of a particular product in stock internally.
If products are ordered in quantities less than or equal to 16 pieces, the estimated time for shipping is 48 hours.
If a larger quantity is ordered, the time for shipping will be 7-21 business days. This time is calculated from the time the payment is credited.
Example No. 2:
We do not currently have the product in question in our internal warehouse. In case of purchase, it will be brought from external warehouse.

The product is from the outlet, has been temporarily or permanently withdrawn by the manufacturer.
We have the last 1 piece in stock. It is not possible to order a larger quantity.

Why should I pay attention to the availability of a product before buying?
Paying attention to the availability of the product before you buy is important, because it allows you to avoid the situation in which the ordered goods are not immediately available. In case you urgently need the goods and the product is not available, this will allow you to decide whether to choose another product or contact us for an approximate delivery date.

If you place an order for available and unavailable products, will you split the order?
No, the order will not be automatically distributed. In this case, if you want the available products to be shipped immediately, you can write to us with such a request, and we will try to accommodate your expectations. However, by default, the lead time of the entire order will be calculated according to the product with the longest shipping time.
