How to check product availability?
The availability of each product can be found on the product page just below the grey ‘ADD TO BASKET’ button, below the accepted payment methods.
We recommend checking availability immediately before placing your order, as it may change if other customers order the same product earlier.

What does availability on the website mean?
Please note two pieces of information: ‘availability’ and ‘shipping in’.
‘Availability’ is the number of products available in our internal warehouse at the time of placing your order.
‘Shipping in’ specifies the estimated time for completing and preparing the order for shipment.
To estimate the total order processing time, add the time required for delivery by the courier company.
The average delivery time within Poland is approximately 24-48 hours.
The average delivery time within the European Union is approximately 5 working days.
Example no. 1:
We currently have 19 items of a given product in our internal warehouse.
For orders of 19 items or less, the estimated shipping time is 48 hours.
If a larger quantity is ordered, the shipping time will be 7-21 working days. This time is counted from the moment the payment is credited.
Example no. 2:
We do not currently have this product in our internal warehouse. If purchased, it will be imported from an external warehouse.

The product is from an outlet and has been temporarily or permanently withdrawn by the manufacturer.
We have the last item in stock. It is not possible to order more.
If you accidentally add more items to your basket, we will contact you.

It is important to check product availability before purchasing because it allows you to avoid a situation where the ordered goods are not immediately available. If you need the goods urgently and the product is not available, this will allow you to decide whether to choose another product or contact us to determine the approximate delivery date.

If I place an order for available and unavailable products, will you split the order?
No, the order will not be automatically split. In this case, if you want the available products to be shipped immediately, you can write to us with this request and we will try to accommodate your expectations. By default, however, the delivery time for the entire order will be calculated according to the product with the longest shipping time.
