Customs charges are additional costs that may apply when an order is shipped to countries outside the European Union. Their amount depends on the order value, the destination country and the type of goods.
For international orders, the customer may be charged the following:
- Customs duty – a charge for importing goods, the amount of which depends on the product classification and the customs value.
- VAT – some countries charge VAT on imports, which may differ from the rate in the sender's country.
- Handling fees – there may be additional fees for the courier company's handling of customs clearance.
It is worth reading the customs regulations of the destination country to avoid unexpected costs. Within the European Union you do not pay customs duty. Prices in the shop include Polish VAT. If you buy as a business from another EU country and have an active EU VAT number (VIES), you can buy at 0% VAT – enter your VIES number in the cart.
Important: Please note that customs charges and taxes are set by the customs authorities of the country concerned, and their amount does not depend on us. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred on delivery.
