Customs fees are additional costs that may be charged when shipping an order to countries outside the European Union. Their amount depends on the order value, destination country, and type of goods.
For international orders, the customer may be charged the following fees:
- Customs Duty – a fee for importing goods, the amount of which depends on the product classification and customs value.
- VAT – some countries charge VAT on imports, which may differ from the rate applicable in the sender's country.
- Handling Fees – additional fees may apply for customs clearance by the courier company.
It is worth familiarizing yourself with the customs regulations in force in the destination country to avoid unexpected costs. For orders within the European Union, no additional customs duties or VAT are charged if you have a valid EU VAT number (VIES).
Important: Please note that customs duties and taxes are set by the customs authorities of the relevant country and are beyond our control. Any customs duties that may be incurred upon delivery are the customer's responsibility.
