Can't see payment confirmation for your order?
If you have not received confirmation after making the payment, please check a few things:
✔ Transfer processing time – depending on the bank, the payment may be processed with a delay, especially outside business hours.
✔ SPAM folder – sometimes the confirmation email may end up in the junk mail folder.
✔ Correctness of transfer details – make sure the account number and amount match the details provided in the order.
✔ Contact us - we will check if the funds have been credited to our account.
How to speed up order processing?
If you want to speed up the order processing, you can send us the payment confirmation. The document confirming the payment (e.g. in PDF format or a screenshot) should be sent to: info@skandynawskieuchwyty.pl
Upon receiving the confirmation, we will immediately proceed with processing the order.
