Can I change the delivery address?

You can change the delivery address until the parcel has been dispatched. Write to info@moodnook.com or call: +48 732 145 806 (Mon–Fri 10:00–16:00; if we don't answer, we will call you back). Give your order number and the new address.

If the parcel is already on its way, change the address with the carrier: DPD – https://mojapaczka.dpd.com.pl/login, InPost – in the InPost Mobile app or at inpost.pl.
