If you receive information that your order was sent to the wrong address, you have two options:
- Contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to: info@skandynawskieuchwyty.pl or by calling the phone number: +48 81-884-71-71.
- You can try to redirect the parcel directly with the carrier. We encourage you to use the InPost app or the DPD website, where you can easily redirect the shipment yourself. This way the process will be faster, and the parcel will reach the correct location in a shorter time.
