a brief description of the damage,

photos of the damaged parcel (including the packaging with the shipping label visible),

photos of the damaged products.
Once we receive the necessary details, we will promptly take the appropriate steps to resolve the issue. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
NOTE! Writing up a damage report does not automatically start the complaint procedure. Despite the damage report, you must file an official claim, attaching the electronic report and photos to the submission.
