Can I combine orders?

If you want to combine two orders that have not been shipped yet, please follow the instructions below. 

1.I already have two orders and want them shipped together:

If you already have two orders and want them shipped together, contact us as soon as possible. We will check the status of the orders and, if possible, combine them into one shipment.

Please remember that if one of the orders contains products brought in to order from an external warehouse, the shipping time may be longer. If you have any questions, write to us at info@moodnook.com.

2. I want to place a second order and combine it with an existing one:

1) Place another order for the missing products

2) Find the number of the earlier order* to which you want to add products.

*You will find the number of the earlier order in the emails from our system or by logging in at moodnook.com in the MY ACCOUNT tab. 

3) After adding the products and going to the cart:

- in section 2 DELIVERY select the delivery method "Personal collection" (this way you won't pay any extra shipping costs).

- in section 4 YOUR DETAILS in the "Additional comments" box, add a note that you want to combine this order with your previous order:

"Please combine and ship this order with order no. XXXXXX (number of the previous order to which the products are being added)"

4) Let us know that you want to combine the orders via any channel:
