How much does a return cost?

Return shipping is paid by the customer. The cost depends on how you send the parcel and on its size and weight.

• Label from the returns system – you buy and pay for it in the returns system.
• Your own carrier – check the price on the carrier's website, e.g. InPost.

If you return the whole order, we also refund the original delivery cost, up to the cheapest option offered. For complaints, we cover the shipping cost.
