Can I extend the return period?

Standard return deadline:

• Deadline to report a return: no later than 14 days from delivery of the parcel.
• Deadline to send back the returned products: no later than 14 days from reporting the return.

We consider every request to extend the return deadline individually. If you need more time, write to us before the 14 days are up: info@moodnook.com
