Can I extend the return period?

Standard return period:

• Return request deadline: must not exceed 14 days from the moment the package is delivered.
• Return shipment deadline: must not be longer than 14 days from the moment the return is requested.

Each return case is treated individually. If for some reason you need to extend the return period, please contact our customer service team. We will do everything to find the best solution and accommodate your needs.
