What is a complaint?
A complaint is a report of a product's non-compliance with the contract, e.g. in the case of a manufacturing defect, damage during transport or receipt of the wrong goods. As part of the complaint, you can request a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
How to file a complaint?
- Prepare the information – order number, description of the defect and photos of the product.

Wait for our decision – after receiving your complaint, we will analyse it and inform you about the next steps.
What happens next?
If your complaint is accepted, we will offer you a replacement, a refund or another form of compensation.
