When will I get my money back?

We will refund your money within 14 days of receiving your statement of withdrawal from the contract, using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we agree otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof that it has been sent back.

If you return the entire order, we will also refund the cost of the original delivery, up to the cheapest delivery option offered. If you return part of the order, the delivery cost is not refunded.

Once we receive the product, we will email you a correction invoice.
