How to check the status of your order return?

If you have sent a product back to us and want to find out the status of your return, here is some useful information:

1. Tracking the return shipment

If the return was sent by courier or parcel locker, check the shipment status on the carrier's website using the tracking number. This way, you will know if the package has already arrived at our warehouse. You will also receive a notification from us by email when we receive your package.

2. Confirmation of return acceptance

After receiving the shipment, we process the return within  a few business days. Once the return is approved, you will receive an email confirmation.

3. Refund

We refund the amount in the same way as the payment was made. This may take up to 14 days from the moment the return is accepted.
