What should I do if my product arrived damaged?

Complaints related to a damaged product should be submitted within a maximum of 3 days of receiving the parcel from the courier, via e-mail to the following address: info@moodnook.com.pl

Be sure to include photos of the packaging, the damaged products, and information on whether the package was sealed with a tape other than our branded tape (e.g. DPD tape).
